Terms of use
Effective October 12, 2026
The short version: Stickify is free to use with limits. Stickify Pro removes them, as a subscription that renews until you cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings, or as a one-time lifetime unlock. Apple handles all payments. Only make stickers from photos you have the right to use, and don’t use them to hurt people.
These terms are between you and Mohammad Raiyan Asaral (“Rai”, “we”), the developer of Stickify. By downloading or using Stickify you agree to them.
Apple’s standard license
Stickify is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add details about Stickify Pro and how you may use the app. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.
The free plan
You can use Stickify for free with these limits:
- up to 10 saved stickers, where each effect you save from a photo counts as one sticker;
- the Original, Outline and Shadow effects, in their default colors;
- importing up to 10 photos at a time.
We may change what the free plan includes in future versions of the app.
Stickify Pro
Stickify Pro unlocks unlimited stickers, unlimited photos per import, all effects and any border or glow color. It’s available as:
- a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription; or
- a lifetime unlock, a one-time purchase that doesn’t renew.
The price and length of each option are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
How subscriptions are billed and renewed
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (a month or a year) unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price of the subscription you chose. If the price changes, Apple tells you in advance, as its rules require.
- If a free trial is offered, the app shows how long it lasts and the price you’ll pay after it, before you confirm. The subscription starts charging when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Managing and cancelling
You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions, or from Stickify › Settings › Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription. Apple’s instructions: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
Refunds and restoring
All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: Request a refund from Apple. To get Pro on another iPhone, sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Stickify › Settings › Restore Purchases.
Your photos and stickers
Your photos and the stickers you make are yours. Stickify processes them on your iPhone and never sends them to us, so we don’t receive or claim any rights to them. You’re responsible for the stickers you make and where you send them.
Using Stickify fairly
Please don’t use Stickify to make or send stickers that:
- use photos, artwork, logos or characters you don’t have the right to use;
- show another person in a way meant to harass, bully, shame, threaten or impersonate them; ask before making a sticker of someone, especially if you’ll share it;
- sexualize anyone, or show a child in any sexual or exploitative way;
- promote hatred or violence against people for who they are; or
- break the law, or the rules of the app you send them in.
Don’t try to copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except as the law or the Standard EULA allows.
How the app works, and its limits
The cut-out is automatic and won’t be perfect on every photo. Whether stickers appear in a particular messaging app depends on that app. Stickify is provided “as is”; the warranty and liability terms are in the Standard EULA. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when Stickify gets new features. We’ll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change affects your subscription, Apple’s rules on notice apply.
